Denise is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the development and implementation of quality management systems (NQA-1 and ISO 9001). As the Director of Quality for AECOM North America with 20 years of experience in all facets of the US Department of Energy (DOE), US Department of Defense (DoD), and commercial quality management. As the Director of Quality for AECOM, Ms. Clements directs all NQA-1 and ISO 9001 quality program implementations and continuance over 260 offices with 19,000 staff members.
