I am a registered architect in Georgia since 2009, and have handled design and contract administration for mid-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects since 2003. I run day-to-day operations for the projects including site planning, building/unit plans, code research, detailing, and all parts of administering the contract during the construction phase.
